Benedikt Dairy is a small family dairy in Goffstown with a herd of Jersey cows that are 100% grass-fed and organically managed. Jersey milk is naturally rich and high in butterfat, which makes it great for drinking, making butter, or skimming the cream.
They offer raw milk, including A2 milk, along with raw cream and yogurt. The farm also sells grass-fed beef and pastured eggs, and runs a milk and cream share program for regular customers.
Our tip: If you drink a lot of raw milk, ask about their milk and cream share. It’s the easiest way to make sure you get your jars every week.
