Temple-Wilton Community Farm is one of the oldest community supported farms in the country, running since 1986 using biodynamic and organic methods. It works differently than most farms: instead of paying per item, members pledge a monthly amount and take the milk, vegetables, and other foods they need.
For raw milk families, it’s a great fit. Milk is bottled on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, and the farm’s cheeses and yogurt are made through Abbot Hill Creamery. Members also have access to eggs, grass-fed beef, and a huge variety of vegetables all year.
Our tip: Call or stop by the farm to learn how the pledge system works. It’s a great way to feed a big family and support a farm that puts soil and animal health first.
