Coffee is one of those things most people drink every day without thinking about what’s in it. Lineage Provisions Rewild Roast is 100% arabica coffee grown on small farms under shade trees, with nothing added.
Every batch is screened by a third party for mold and mycotoxins, which can show up in lower quality coffee. It’s a smooth medium roast with notes of brown sugar, dark chocolate, toasted walnut, and a little citrus. The 12 oz bag is whole bean, so it stays fresh longer.
How we use it: Ground fresh every morning and brewed with a splash of raw cream or a scoop of collagen.
Good to know: Grind only what you need right before brewing. Whole beans keep their flavor much longer than pre ground coffee.
