G&G Dairy is a small grass-fed dairy in Churchville, west of Rochester, owned and run by Grace Zuber. Grace grew up on her family’s conventional dairy and started her own herd of about 18 cows, growing her own hay. She earned her state raw milk permit in 2024.
G&G is listed with the Raw Milk Institute, which means the farm follows a detailed food safety plan and regular testing. New York allows raw milk to be sold only on the farm where it’s produced, and only by farms holding a state raw milk permit. Permitted farms are inspected and have their milk sampled and tested by the state, and they post a sign letting customers know the milk is unpasteurized.
