North Country Creamery at Clover Mead Farm is a 100% grass-fed dairy in Keeseville, with pastures overlooking Lake Champlain. The farm is Animal Welfare Approved and NYS Grown and Certified.
New York allows raw milk to be sold only on the farm where it’s produced, and only by farms holding a state raw milk permit. Permitted farms are inspected and have their milk sampled and tested by the state, and they post a sign letting customers know the milk is unpasteurized. The farm store and café are open every day of the year, with raw milk alongside their cheeses, yogurt, and ice cream.
