💡 A Note on Sourcing Raw Dairy: We love helping you find local raw milk, but please note that Primalguide.org does not oversee or manage individual farm production, packaging, or cleanliness standards. We always encourage our community to be active consumers: ask vendors about their testing protocols, and choose the sources that best fit your family’s standards!

🐄 What’s Available
- Grass-fed raw milk
- CSA shares, bulk meat shares, and a subscription box
Turner Farm is a grass-fed dairy in Ilion, in Herkimer County along the Mohawk Valley. Along with raw milk, the farm offers a CSA, bulk shares, and a subscription box for families who want to buy direct.
New York allows raw milk to be sold only on the farm where it’s produced, and only by farms holding a state raw milk permit. Permitted farms are inspected and have their milk sampled and tested by the state, and they post a sign letting customers know the milk is unpasteurized.
Our tip: Email or call to set up your first pickup. Note that the farm is grass-fed but not certified organic, so ask about their practices if that matters to you.
