Woods Hill Table is a farm-to-table American restaurant founded by Kristin Canty and Chef Charlie Foster, taking a “whole animal” nose-to-tail approach to cooking. The kitchen is entirely seed-oil-free, cooking with grass-fed proteins and traditional animal fats, and sources pasture-raised meat, raw milk cheeses, and organic produce from the restaurant’s own 360-acre farm, The Farm at Woods Hill in Bath, NH, along with other small local purveyors.
