🍴 Why It’s On Our List
- Sources from their own farm in Bath, NH
- Grass-fed and pasture raised, no added hormones or antibiotics
- Whole animal, nose to tail cooking
- Dinner and Sunday brunch
Woods Hill Table is the original Woods Hill restaurant, founded by Kristin Canty in West Concord. The kitchen takes a whole animal approach, using meat from the Farm at Woods Hill in Bath, New Hampshire, which is raised on pasture with no added hormones, no antibiotics, and no GMO feed.
The menu changes with the seasons and leans into nutrient dense cooking. It’s one of the best places in the Boston area to find grass-fed and pasture raised meat on a restaurant menu, and they’re open for dinner most nights plus brunch on Sundays.
Good to know: Woods Hill’s own website says the kitchen cooks with organic sunflower oil and olive oil, while some seed oil directories list beef tallow. Ask your server which fat is used for the dishes you order. If you’re in the city, their sister restaurant Woods Hill Pier 4 is in the Seaport.
