Go Goats Milk is a small, state licensed goat dairy in Middletown, also known as GilLikays Raw Goat Milk. The does are milked twice a day by hand.
Goat milk is naturally easier for many people to digest than cow milk. New York allows raw milk to be sold only on the farm where it’s produced, and only by farms holding a state raw milk permit. Permitted farms are inspected and have their milk sampled and tested by the state, and they post a sign letting customers know the milk is unpasteurized.
Our tip: Call ahead to arrange your pickup time. Goat milk supply can change with the season.
