It works on gas, electric, and induction stoves, and it’s oven safe up to 600°F. The inside has etched measurement lines, which is a nice touch when making broth or sauces.
How we use it: The stockpot is perfect for bone broth, and the frying pans handle everything from eggs to steak.
Good to know: Stainless steel isn’t nonstick. Preheat the pan and add your fat before the food, and things will release on their own.
