Grinding your own meat means you know exactly what’s in it, and you can mix in organ meats if you want. The Huanyu manual grinder is made from food grade 304 stainless steel in one solid piece, so it won’t rust.
It clamps to the edge of your counter and includes sausage stuffing tubes for homemade sausage.
How we use it: Grinding beef with a little liver mixed in. Nobody in the house can tell.
Good to know: Partly freezing the meat for 30 minutes before grinding makes it much easier to process.
