It’s made with nothing but iron and oil, so there are no coatings and no PFAS. It comes seasoned and ready to use, and it works on the stove, in the oven, on the grill, or over a campfire.
How we use it: Searing steaks, frying eggs in butter or tallow, and slow cooking roasts in the Dutch oven.
Good to know: Cast iron needs a little care. Dry it right after washing and wipe it with a thin coat of fat, and it will last generations.
