Description
A lot of air fryers use nonstick coatings that we’d rather not cook on. The Tastee air fryer uses a ceramic coating instead, with no Teflon, so you get the convenience of an air fryer without worrying about what’s flaking into your food.
It heats up to 450°F, which is hotter than most air fryers, so meat browns and crisps the way it should. It has a dual sensor thermometer built in and a clear window, and it does eight different jobs, including air frying, slow cooking, and dehydrating. The basket holds 5.5 quarts.
How we use it: Crispy chicken thighs, reheated steak, and homemade beef jerky using the dehydrate setting.
Good to know: The basket is dishwasher safe, but hand washing will help the ceramic coating last longer.
