Unbleached 15 x 200 ft Parchment Baking Paper Roll

Description

Parchment paper is the easiest way to keep food from sticking without using spray oils. This roll is unbleached, so it hasn’t been treated with chlorine, and it’s a big 15 inch by 200 foot roll that will last a long time.

It’s nonstick, heat resistant, and works for baking, roasting, and wrapping.

How we use it: Lining sheet pans for roasting meat and vegetables, and baking cookies without greasing the pan.

Good to know: Parchment is not the same as wax paper. Wax paper will melt in the oven, but parchment is made for it.
