Description
This Sakolla mold makes 126 tiny squares at once. Each cavity is 0.6 x 0.6 x 0.4 inches (about 1.5 cm across) and holds about 2 ml, so you get small, bite-size pieces.
It’s food-grade silicone, and the squares pop right out once they’re set.
How we use it: For chilling only. We pour in the warm mixture for our Homemade Fruit Gummies and let them firm up in the fridge. We never put it in the oven.
Good to know: The mold is floppy when it’s full, so set it on a baking sheet before you fill it. One batch of our gummies (about 1¼ cups) fills the whole mold with a little left over.
